SoRYAfrica – Menstrual Health Awareness

Given the multiple challenges women and adolescent girls face, it is evident that promoting menstrual hygiene management (MHM) is not only a sanitation matter; it is also an important step towards safeguarding the dignity, bodily integrity and overall life opportunities of women and girls

SoRYAfrica provides free sanitary pads to vulnerable communities and rural schools and encourages them to use them in time of need. They also get educated on menstrual hygiene to ensure that periods do not get in the way of their right of education and create their social impact in the community.
